TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: 16 June 2026
About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the online shop at www.vyn.one.
They govern the contractual relationship between you as the customer and VYN Global Distribution GmbH as the seller, provider, and operator of the online shop.
Additional policies apply to specific areas of your purchase. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery, shipping costs, customs, import duties, and delivery times. Our Return and Refund Policy explains statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, voluntary returns, refunds, return shipping costs, defective goods, and the model withdrawal or cancellation form where required. Our Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions, Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy Orders explains how the relevant purchase options can be changed or cancelled where they are offered in the shop. Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we process personal data and use cookies and similar technologies.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you stronger rights than these Terms and Conditions, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer orders placed through www.vyn.one with delivery addresses in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, unless another seller, another policy, or another contractual arrangement is expressly stated during checkout, in the order confirmation, or on the invoice.
A consumer is any natural person who places an order mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or self-employed professional activity.
If you do not place an order as a consumer, additional or different terms may apply where expressly agreed in an individual case.
Contract Language and Storage of Contract Documents
The contract language depends on the language available in the shop or during the checkout process in which you place your order.
You can view, save, or print these Terms and Conditions and the other VYN policies at any time on www.vyn.one.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation contains the essential information about your order.
Products and Product Information
The essential characteristics of the products are shown on the relevant product page. These may include model, size, colour, material, compatibility, scope of delivery, care information, and an additional service programme such as the VYN Renewal Program where applicable.
Product images are intended to show the product as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur, in particular due to screen settings, lighting conditions, material characteristics, or natural variations in leather, textiles, or other materials.
If a product is offered with replaceable or modular components, the product page or accompanying information explains which components are included and which components can be purchased or requested separately.
Product Safety
VYN products are offered in compliance with the applicable product safety regulations in the relevant market.
For products made available in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or Northern Ireland, the product page, packaging, parcel, or accompanying product information contains the product safety information required under applicable product safety law, including details of the relevant economic operator or responsible person where legally required.
You must use and care for the products in accordance with the product information, care instructions, and safety instructions included with the product or provided on the website.
Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for you to place an order.
You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your details during checkout, including the selected products, quantity, delivery address, billing details, and payment method.
By clicking the final order button during checkout, you place a binding order. The button is clearly labelled as a payment obligation, for example with wording such as “Pay now”, “Buy now”, “Order with obligation to pay”, or an equivalent clear formulation.
After receiving your order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received your order. It does not yet constitute acceptance of your order unless it is expressly designated as acceptance.
The contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order, confirm shipment, or ship the goods.
Refusal or Cancellation of Orders by Us
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an objective reason to do so. This may include lack of availability, obvious pricing or description errors, unusual order patterns, suspected misuse, suspected fraud, failed payment, delivery restrictions, sanctions requirements, export restrictions, or legal restrictions that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay to the original payment method, unless another method has been agreed with you.
Prices, Taxes, Customs, and Additional Costs
The prices displayed during checkout at the time of the order apply.
For deliveries within Switzerland, prices are displayed in Swiss francs unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, prices include Swiss VAT and all non-optional charges. Shipping costs may be shown separately and will be displayed before the order is completed.
If prices are displayed in other currencies, currency conversions, rounding differences, or fees charged by your payment service provider may occur. The total price shown to you during checkout before you place the order is decisive.
For deliveries to the EU / EEA or the United Kingdom, the checkout displays the total price as well as any shipping costs or other fees that apply to your order. If import duties, customs duties, taxes, or similar import charges may apply, the checkout, order summary, or Shipping Policy explains whether these costs are included, collected during checkout, or payable upon import.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where required. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to you where legally permitted.
Discounts and Promotions
Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, gifts with purchase, or limited-time campaigns apply only under the conditions stated for the relevant promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
If products are offered to consumers in the EU / EEA with an announced price reduction, the previous price will be displayed where required under applicable law. For price reduction announcements in the EU / EEA, the previous price generally means the lowest price applied by us during a period of at least 30 days before the price reduction, unless a statutory exception applies.
Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, the selected payment method will be charged when you place the order or immediately after the order has been completed.
For pre-orders, subscriptions, or Try Before You Buy options, different payment times may apply where this option is expressly displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.
We may use payment service providers and fraud prevention tools to process payments securely and protect customers and the shop from misuse.
Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product is no longer available after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payment already made without undue delay.
Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions that can be selected during checkout.
Delivery times are displayed on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in the Shipping Policy. Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, deliveries to consumers in the EU / EEA and the United Kingdom will take place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a fixed delivery date.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you only when the goods have been delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive them.
Further details about delivery areas, shipping costs, delivery times, customs, import duties, tracking, and failed delivery attempts can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Try Before You Buy
Some products may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or Try Before You Buy option where expressly stated on the product page or during checkout.
For these purchase options, the conditions stated on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, and in our Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions, Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy Orders apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
For subscriptions, recurring payments and recurring deliveries may apply. The relevant term, delivery frequency, cancellation option, and payment logic will be displayed before you complete the subscription.
For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date or shipping period stated on the product page or during checkout applies. We will inform you if the estimated shipping date changes materially.
For Try Before You Buy options, the stated trial period, latest return date, payment terms, and return conditions displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation apply.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Your rights in relation to withdrawal, cancellation, returns, and refunds depend on your delivery country and the applicable consumer law.
Consumers in the EU / EEA generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
Consumers in the United Kingdom generally have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days after delivery, unless a statutory exception applies.
For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss law generally does not provide an automatic statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase solely because you have changed your mind. VYN may nevertheless offer a voluntary return policy, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
In addition to statutory rights, VYN may offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for unworn and unused items. The exact requirements, exclusions, model withdrawal or cancellation form, return addresses, return shipping costs, and refund process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or non-conforming goods.
Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us promptly at hello@vyn.one.
For customers in the EU / EEA, your statutory rights in relation to defects apply in accordance with the mandatory consumer law applicable to you.
For customers in the United Kingdom, goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for ordinary use or for any expressly agreed purpose. Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law remain unaffected.
For customers in Switzerland, the statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
Voluntary Services and the VYN Renewal Program
If a product is advertised with the VYN Renewal Program or another voluntary VYN service, the separate terms of that programme or service apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
The VYN Renewal Program is a voluntary additional service. It does not replace, limit, or reduce any statutory consumer rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, voluntary services are available only to the original purchaser, subject to availability, and may depend on the model, compatibility, order history, and proof of purchase.
Final Sale, Samples, and Special Promotions
Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”, “Sample”, or with a comparable designation may be excluded from VYN’s voluntary return policy.
This does not affect statutory withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or defect rights where such rights apply by law.
Customer Account and Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during checkout or in your customer account is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, customs issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
You are also responsible for keeping your login details confidential where you create a customer account. Please inform us if you suspect that your account has been used without authorisation.
Care, Use, and Ordinary Wear
VYN products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions, product information, and additional guidance included with the product or provided on the website.
Natural wear, material ageing, changes in texture, creasing, colour changes caused by use, and signs of ordinary use are not automatically defects. This does not affect statutory rights if the product was defective or non-conforming at the legally relevant assessment time.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, images, texts, graphics, videos, layouts, and other content on www.vyn.one are protected by intellectual property rights.
The trademarks VYN and LONG LUXE are owned by VYN Switzerland AG.
You may use the website and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with browsing, purchasing, or using VYN products. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, commercial use, or other use beyond what is permitted by law requires prior written consent.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
The Privacy and Cookie Policy explains which personal data we collect, why we process it, which service providers may receive it, how long we store it, which rights you have, how we use cookies and similar technologies, and how you can contact us.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Where legally required, non-essential analytics, marketing, affiliate, and advertising technologies are used only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent through the cookie settings or consent manager.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and in all cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, to the extent legally permitted. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on whose compliance you may regularly rely.
For simple negligence outside essential contractual obligations, we are liable only to the extent mandatorily required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits mandatory statutory rights that you have as a consumer.
Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events may include natural events, transport disruptions, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorism, pandemics, official measures, import or export restrictions, technical failures outside our control, or disruptions affecting suppliers, logistics partners, payment service providers, or communication networks.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Applicable Law
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU / EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. This choice of law does not deprive you of that protection.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your part of the United Kingdom. This choice of law does not deprive you of that protection.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions do not establish an exclusive place of jurisdiction to the detriment of consumers.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU / EEA, you may benefit from the mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring consumer disputes before the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, where mandatory UK consumer jurisdiction rules provide that protection.
Mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules, in particular those protecting consumers in Switzerland, the EU / EEA, or the United Kingdom, remain unaffected.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve customer concerns directly through our customer service at hello@vyn.one.
Where there is no legal obligation to do so, we do not participate in proceedings before consumer arbitration boards or ADR bodies.
For consumers in the EU / EEA, information about recognised national alternative dispute resolution bodies is available through the European Commission’s Consumer Redress in the EU Portal:
https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
For consumers in the United Kingdom, information about accredited ADR bodies is available through the relevant UK consumer ADR registers. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly between you and us, we will provide the name and website address of an ADR body responsible for our industry where required under applicable law, and inform you whether we are willing or obliged to participate in ADR proceedings.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example if legal requirements, our shop processes, payment methods, delivery structure, products, or services change.
The version of the Terms and Conditions available at the time of your order applies to your order.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions where legally required.
