About This Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.vyn.one are processed, shipped, and delivered.

It applies to orders placed through the VYN online shop with VYN Global Distribution GmbH, unless a different shipping arrangement is expressly stated during checkout, in the order confirmation, or on the invoice.

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Return and Refund Policy. The Return and Refund Policy explains withdrawal, cancellation, returns, refunds, defective goods, and the model withdrawal or cancellation form where required.

Delivery Countries and Regions

We deliver to the countries and regions that can be selected during checkout.

If a country, region, or address cannot be selected during checkout, we currently do not deliver there through the online shop.

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery country, product availability, warehouse location, customs requirements, carrier availability, and the type of product ordered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Final shipping costs may depend on the delivery country, shipping method, order value, product type, parcel size, parcel weight, and any available shipping promotions.

If free shipping or another shipping benefit applies to your order, this will be shown in the shop or during checkout before you place your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within the processing time stated on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in another communication from us.

Processing time begins after we have received your order and payment has been successfully authorised, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders are usually processed on business days. Weekends, public holidays, carrier holidays, customs delays, payment checks, fraud prevention checks, and exceptional operational circumstances may affect processing times.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in a shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a fixed delivery date.

For consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery period stated during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in the shipping confirmation applies. If no delivery period is stated, we will deliver without undue delay within a reasonable period, taking into account the product, destination, selected shipping method, and any operational circumstances.

If we become aware of a material delay, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Pre-Orders and Later Shipping Dates

If a product is marked as a pre-order, made available before launch, or shown with a later shipping date, the estimated shipping date or shipping period stated on the product page or during checkout applies.

If the estimated shipping date changes materially, we will inform you.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, the shipping confirmation will include a tracking link or tracking information.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Import Duties, Taxes, and Local Charges

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, or similar import charges may apply depending on the delivery country and the shipping structure of your order.

During checkout, shipping costs and any import-related fees collected by us will be displayed before you complete your order. If import-related fees cannot be calculated or collected by us in advance, we will inform you before purchase that such fees may arise upon import.

If import duties are not collected during checkout, they may be charged before or upon delivery by the carrier, customs authority, tax authority, or another competent body.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where required. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to you where legally permitted.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered during checkout is correct, complete, and suitable for delivery.

Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional carrier charges, customs issues, or returned parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vyn.one. We cannot guarantee that address changes can still be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery

If a carrier cannot deliver your parcel, the carrier may attempt another delivery, leave the parcel at a pick-up location, request additional information, or return the parcel to us.

If delivery fails for reasons within your control, such as an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, missing customs information, or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge you reasonable and proportionate additional costs actually incurred by us, including return shipping costs, reshipping costs, carrier fees, or customs-related costs, where legally permitted.

Partial Deliveries

We may ship items from the same order in separate parcels where this is appropriate, for example because products become available at different times, are shipped from different locations, or require different handling.

If we split an order, this will not increase the shipping costs shown to you during checkout, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Risk of Loss or Damage During Delivery

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you only when the goods have been delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive them.

If you arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us, different rules may apply where legally permitted.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage where possible and contact us promptly at hello@vyn.one.

Please provide your order number and include photos of the outer packaging, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery location, parcel box, reception, neighbours, household members, and any pick-up location indicated by the carrier.

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us at hello@vyn.one with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the case with the carrier where appropriate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly at hello@vyn.one.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where helpful, photos of the parcel and the items received.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delays Caused by Carriers and Events Outside Our Control

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. These may include carrier delays, customs checks, border clearance, official measures, weather events, strikes, technical disruptions, security checks, international transport issues, high seasonal parcel volumes, or other exceptional circumstances.

If such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of material delays where the relevant information is available to us.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal

This Shipping Policy concerns delivery to you. Return shipping costs, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, voluntary returns, refunds, defective goods, and the model withdrawal or cancellation form are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Where applicable law requires information about return shipping costs to be provided before conclusion of the contract, this information is set out in the Return and Refund Policy and provided before you place your order.

Business Days

References to business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the relevant processing, warehouse, carrier, or delivery location.
